She later led business growth at PJSC Bank ZENIT and, from 2020 to 2024, served as Director of Operations at Sber Private Banking, where she elevated client experience for HNWI and UHNW clients. Since 2025, Olga has been Deputy CEO at Wilco, overseeing strategic growth, financial performance, and investor relations.
