Wilco traces its origins to July 7, 2002, when it was founded in Yerevan as Alfasecurities LLC. The company entered Armenia’s securities market under a brokerage license issued on March 8, 2003, and solidified its position with an investment services license (No. 0008) granted by the Central Bank of Armenia on June 27, 2008. In 2016, the firm expanded its scope by obtaining a license to provide trust and advisory services.
Backed by an authorized capital of 350 million AMD, the company built a strong reputation for integrity, expertise, and reliability in the Armenian financial market.
A new chapter began in 2024 with a change in ownership, followed by a large-scale rebranding and digital transformation. Renamed Wilco Wealth Management, the company now combines over two decades of proven financial experience with cutting-edge technology to deliver personalized financial and non-financial solutions tailored to high-net-worth individuals.
