Clients have the right to request information about Wilco in accordance with Article 65 of the Republic of Armenia’s Law “On the Securities Market.”

Requests may be submitted in writing via the contact methods listed below.

The requested information will be provided free of charge within 3 business days, unless otherwise stipulated by law.

How to Submit a Complaint

Every client has the right to submit a complaint if they are dissatisfied with any aspect of Wilco’s services.

Complaints can be submitted using any of the following methods:

The complaint should include a clear description of the issue, relevant supporting documentation (if any), and preferred contact information for the follow-up.

All complaints will be handled in accordance with Wilco Complaints Policy
In the event of any discrepancies between the Armenian and English versions of the website materials, the Armenian version shall prevail. Wilco assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of information on external linked websites, nor does it accept any liability for the content of advertisements or for any consequences arising from the use of information provided by third parties on such sites.
