Receiving her education at the Armenian State University of Economics, Gayane Khachatryan began her professional path at ARMECONOMBANK, where she served as an anti-money laundering specialist. She then joined GP Management Advisory as an Internal Audit expert, before being appointed Head of Internal Audit at the Export Insurance Agency of Armenia. These roles strengthened her expertise in financial oversight, compliance, and risk management.
Gayane is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), a Trade-Based Money Laundering Specialist, and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), having successfully passed the CIA Part 1 exam. She is also accredited by the Central Bank of Armenia as a Head of Internal Audit for investment companies.
