She later served as Managing HR Business Partner and HRD B2B at Rostelecom, where she restructured HR teams, launched 10 compensation and benefits programs, and built an online training platform for thousands of employees. In 2024, Evgenia joined Wilco to lead strategic HR initiatives and drive organizational growth.
