Kristina Karamyan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Moscow State University and is a certified member of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia. Licensed by the Central Bank of Armenia in securities markets and bank accounting, she has built a career across leading financial institutions. Kristina served as Chief Accountant at organizations including Home for Youth RCO CJSC, the National Mortgage Company, ECLOF UCO LLC, and TONTON LLC. She brings deep expertise in financial oversight, regulatory reporting, and strategic financial planning to her role at Wilco.
